The property consists of 1,858 units of various brands tobacco and nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 4 grams of cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 16 units of various brands cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 104 units of commercial packaging bags, universal symbol violation; and 1 unit of a Baby Jeeter brand jar, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code 34016 on August 2, 2024, at 7:23 p.m. from Easy One Shop LLC., DBA 510 Smoke and Head Shop, located at 414 14th St., Oakland, CA 94612.
