The property consists of 42 grams cannabis flower, branded and unbranded, and 50 units cannabis or cannabis products in an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 8, 2024, at 2:11pm from Sam Investments, Inc., DBA: Escondido Cigars, located at 1835 S. Centre City Pkwy, Ste. L, Escondido, CA 92025-6544.
