The property consists of total of 24 cartons of various unstamped cigarettes. 1 carton of non-MSA cigarettes. 111 cartons of various unstamped and non-MSA cigarettes. 3 cartons of various unstamped and U.S Tax Exempt. 15 cartons of various unstamped, non-MSA and U.S Tax Exempt. 21 cartons of various unstamped, non-MSA and for duty free sale only cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on June 8, 2023, at 2:35 p.m. from Eva Mini Market Inc., DBA Eva Mini Market Inc., located at 6462 Laurel Canyon Blvd., North Hollywood CA 91606-1519.
