This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34016 and 30436, on February 21, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. from Fresh Tobacco Smoke and Vape, DBA Fresh Tobacco Smoke & Vape, located at 1236 Beryl St., Redondo Beach, CA 90277.
