The property consists of 24 pouches, Connected cannabis flower, untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products; 1 pouch, Runtz cannabis flower, untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products; 50 each, Gold Coast Clear cannabis cartridge (1g), untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products; 12 each, Alfanar molasses hookah tobacco (1kg), untaxed tobacco product(s); 12 each, Rowan World molasses hookah tobacco (1kg), untaxed tobacco product(s); 2 packs, Timeless Time brand cigarettes, unstamped cigarettes; and 1 tube, Unbranded cannabis resin, untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34016 and 30436, and Business and Professions Code sections 22974.3 and 22978.2, on August 31, 2021, at 2:20 p.m. from Salah A.
