The property consists of 34 units, Splitarillos brand cigarillos, (3 pk pouches, 2 pouches per unit), untaxed tobacco products 72 units, various brands gummy edibles, unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis retailer. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business & Professions Code section 22974.3 on February 13, 2023, at 2:41 p.m. from Daniel A. Valadez, DBA Funky Town Smoke Shop, located at 3270 E. Tulare St., Fresno, CA 93702.
