The property consists of 1 carton and 5 packs of various non-MSA brand cigarettes; 28 units of Nicotine vape, Various brands, disposable device, Untaxed tobacco products; 314 units of various cannabis or cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on January 9, 2024, at 10:50 a.m. from Ehab Mustafa, DBA Gift Shop, located at 1689 Kendall Dr., Ste. K, San Bernardino, CA 92407-2821.
