This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on November 3, 2022, at 12:30 p.m. from Satwinder Pal Singh, DBA Gift & Cigarettes, located at 3413 Watt Ave., Sacramento, CA 95821.
