This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 20, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. from 4430 Live Oak Investments LLC, DBA: Green Goddess Arcadia, located at 4145 E. Live Oak Ave., Arcadia, CA 91006-5828.
