TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Tax Investigations & Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of seven grams of cannabis flower, Hemp Living brand, 26 units of THC vape, six units of cannabis edibles, various brands, two units other cannabis products, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business; and 401 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 17, 2024, at 12:20 p.m. from High Mode Smoke Shop LLC, DBA High Mood Society Smoke Shop, located at 4454 W. Ashlan Ave., Fresno, CA 93722.
