The property consists of 50 units of Throw Back cigars (8/5 count box), untaxed tobacco products, 91 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 12 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on February 21, 2024, at 1:50 p.m. from HipHop Smoke Shop Inc., DBA HipHop Smoke Shop, located at 24289 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94544.
