The property consists of 103 units of various untaxed tobacco products and 127 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on May 1, 2024, at 11:05 a.m. from Hollywood Rock, DBA: Hollywood Rock, located at 6424 Tupelo Dr., # D1, Citrus Heights, CA 95621.
