The property consists of 17 packs of Berley brand cigarettes, non-MSA and 8 units of Brass Knuckles vape cartridge (unk. THC/1000 mg.) from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on February 27, 2023, at 2:45 p.m. from Z&Z Farah Investment Inc., DBA Inland Smoke Shop, located at 2055 N. Perris Blvd., Ste. A8, Perris, CA 92571-2515.
