The property consists of one pack Seneca brand cigarettes, tribal stamp; 92 packs various brands cigarettes, unstamped; 1,623 units tobacco vape, various brands, and 215 units various brands, other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 462 units THC vape, various brands; 102 units cannabis edibles, various brands; 58 units cannabis products, various brands; unlicensed cannabis business; 2,012 units commercial packaging, bags, universal cannabis symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on March 25, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. from Abdulqawi Shaibi, DBA J’s Smoke Shop #9, located at 2019 Yosemite Blvd., Modesto, CA 95354.
