The property consists of 4 packs of unstamped, Mexico stamped cigarettes and 17 units of untaxed tobacco products; 4884 grams and 613 units of cannabis and/or cannabis products sold at an unlicensed cannabis business and 55 units of commercial packaging, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on October 24, 2024, at 6:22 p.m. from, Kyree O.
