The property consists of 4,627 units of various untaxed/unsecured cannabis or cannabis products and 937 units of untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Profession Code section 22974.3, on April 14, 2021, at 8:10 p.m. from Ismael Ruiz, dba Members Only Collective, located at 13345 E. Imperial Hwy., Whittier, CA 90605.
