The property consists of 1,962 grams of various untaxed/unsecured cannabis flowers, 759 units of various untaxed/unsecured cannabis products, and 715 items of various untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3, on May 19, 2021, at 7:15 p.m. from Ismael Ruiz, dba: Members Only Collective, located at 13345 E. Imperial Hwy., Whittier, CA 90605.
