The property consists of 302 units of other tobacco and nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 235 grams of cannabis flower, branded, 177 units of cannabis edibles, various brands, and 572 units of other cannabis products, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 on August 8, 2024, at 12:19 p.m. from Niamatullah Akbarzadeh, DBA Master Chief's Smoke Shop, located at 4615 1st St., Pleasanton, CA 94566.
