The property consists of four Cartons Timeless Time Brand Cigarettes, 10 packs Timeless Time Brand Cigarettes, three packs Golden Deer Brand Non-MSA Cigarettes, and one unit of untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on January 20, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. from Circle D Gas Mart Inc., DBA: Orangevale Gas & Go, located at 9301 Greenback Ln., Orangevale, CA 95662-4901.
