The property consists of 142 units of various untaxed tobacco products, 1,479 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, 7,963 grams of cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business and 23 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. his property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on February 28, 2024, at 3:37 p.m. from Carlos Guerrero, DBA Pasadena Healing Club Cannabis Dispensary, located at 3683 E. Colorado Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107-3819.
