The property consists of 5,600 grams, unsecured packaging of cannabis flower and unlicensed cannabis business; 2,693 units, unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products and unlicensed cannabis business; 3 pouches Backwoods Cigarillos (5/pouch), untaxed tobacco products; 65 pouches Dutch Masters Cigarillo (2/pouch), untaxed tobacco products; 62 pouches, Swisher Sweets Cigarillos (2/pouch), untaxed tobacco products; 6 units Elf Bar Nicotine Vape Pern 13ml (1/unit), untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3, on January 18, 2023, at 4:27 p.m. from Carlos Guerrero, DBA Pasadena Herbal Club and/or Pasadena Herbal Club Cannabis Dispensary, located at 259 S. Rosemead Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107.
