The property consists of 5,814 grams, untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis flowers; 1,662 units, various untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products; 27 pouches Dutch Masters Cigarillo (2/pouch), untaxed tobacco products; 5 units Elf Bar Nicotine Vape Pen 13ml (1/unit), untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 Business and Professions Code 22974.3, on December 8, 2022, at 10:48 p.m. from Carlos Guerrero, DBA: Pasadena Herbal Club and/or Pasadena Herbal Club Cannabis Dispensary, located at 259 S. Rosemead Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107
