The property consists of 389 units of untaxed tobacco products, 208 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, 4,582 units of commercial packaging, bags, and 25 units of commercial packaging, boxes, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code sections 34016 on June 18, 2024, at 10:48 a.m. from Popal Gift Shop Inc, DBA Popal Gift Shop Inc, located at 253 W Yosemite Ave., Manteca, CA 95336.
