The property consists of three packs of Golden Deer brand and 17 packs of Nat Sherman brand, non-MSA cigarettes and four units various cannabis products, untaxed/unsecured/unlicensed packaging of cannabis or cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on May 16, 2023, at 12:45 p.m. from Manjit Kumar, DBA R.C. Cigarette Store, located at 10601 Folsom Blvd., Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.
