The property consists of 546 units of various brands other tobacco products, 1,054 units of various brands nicotine vape devices, and 174 units of various brands nicotine vape juice bottles, untaxed tobacco products, 128 units of various brands cannabis vape devices, 126 units of various brands cannabis edibles, and 29 units of various brands other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on August 21, 2024, at 11:08 a.m. from MT Electronics Inc, DBA: Redwood City Vape & Smoke, located at 411 Lathrop St., Redwood City, CA 94063.
