The property consists of 13 units of various brands of cannabis edible products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 4,112 various commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on February 28, 2024, at 1:27 p.m. from R's Smoke Shop LLC, DBA R's Smoke Shop LLC, located at 4843 E. Butler Ave., Fresno, CA 93727-5015.
