The property consists of 17 units of THC vape, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business; four units of Stiiizy brand cannabis edibles, unlicensed cannabis business and 13 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on March 6, 2024, at 10:23 a.m. from Santa Maria Tobacco Shop Inc., DBA Santa Maria Tobacco Shop, located at 609 E. Main St, Santa Maria, CA 93454-4505.
