TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 38.5 grams of cannabis flower, 61 units of various brand cannabis pre-rolls, 45 units of various brands gummy candy, 26 units of THC vape cartridges, 62 units of various THC vape devices, at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 60 units of commercial packaging unlicensed cannabis business, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on August 21, 2024, at 1:20 p.m. from Smoke Depot Enterprises, Inc., dba Smoke Depot #2, located at 1727 Oceanside Blvd, Ste B, Oceanside, CA 92054.
