The property consists of 13 Singles, Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped; 165 Singles, Unbranded cigarettes, unstamped, Non-MSA; 2 Singles, Big Chief Extracts (1 gram), untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products; 169 items of various untaxed tobacco products; and 38 items of various untaxed/counterfeit tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Sections 34016, 30436, 30474.1 and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on September 30, 2020, at 12:39 p.m. from Smoke R Us, LLC dba: Smoke R Us LLC, located at 2767 W. Shaw Ave., Suite 120, Fresno, CA 93711.
