This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on September 27, 2023, at 1:36 p.m. from Makram Wahaba, DBA Smoke Shop & Heavy Hitter, located at 2739 Manhattan Beach Blvd., Redondo Beach, CA 90278.
