The property consists of 38 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, 61 units of commercial packaging, bags and five units of commercial packaging, boxes, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue Taxation Code 34016 on October 30, 2024, at 10:40 a.m. from PRM Enterprises LLC, DBA: Smoke and Vape located at 7058 Sunrise Blvd., Ste. B4, Citrus Heights, CA 95610-3102.
