The property consists of 179 Units of Various Untaxed/Unsecured Packaging of Cannabis or Cannabis Products; 8 Cartons 1 Pack Champion Brand Cigarettes Unstamped, Non-MSA; 2 Packs Midnight Dreams Brand Cigarettes Non-MSA; 4 Packs Davidoff Brand Cigarettes Unstamped, Non-MSA, Duty Free; 1 Pack Esse Brand Cigarettes Unstamped, Non-MSA; and 30 Each Unaffixed CA Tax Stamps, Reused Stamps. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30474.1 and 34016, on February 9, 2022, at 1:35 p.m. from MS Tobacco, Inc., DBA: Smoker's Choice 9662-A Wintergardens Blvd, Lakeside, CA 92040.
