The property consists of 193 units untaxed tobacco products, 4,439 grams of cannabis flower, and 930 units of various cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on September 5, 2024, at 4:15 p.m. from Verlton Glaspie, DBA: Smokey Moes/Bloomington Meds, located at 10076 Cedar Ave., Ste B, Bloomington, CA 92316.
