The property consisted of 25 units of various brands cannabis edible products, two units of unbranded cannabis vape products, and three units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 1,000 units of commercial labels (1 roll of stickers), cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on March 25, 2024, at 11:54 a.m. from Jason Patrick Joseph Lombardo, DBA Smoking Jay's, located at 302 McHenry Ave., Modesto, CA 95354.
