The property consists of 56 grams of cannabis flower, and 92 units of cannabis or cannabis products, from an unlicensed cannabis business, and 3 units of commercial packaging boxes, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on September 11, 2024, at 2:13 p.m. from Mosa M. Atia, DBA: Snap Tobacco, located at 2850 S. Chester Ave., Ste. E, Bakersfield, CA 93304-5993.
