The property consists of 27 sticks of unstamped cigarettes, 91 grams of cannabis flower and 27 units of cannabis products, from an unlicensed cannabis business, and 342 units of commercial packaging, Cannabis Universal Symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on September 23, 2024, at 11:59 a.m. from Mohammed A Al Kasim, DBA: Star Shop, located at 3805 Auburn St., Bakersfield, CA 93306-2760.
