The property consists of 1,180 units of various brands cigarettes, out-of-state stamped and unstamped; 81 units of various tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; and 655 units of various types of nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business & Professions Code section 22974.3 on July 23, 2024, at 9:19 a.m. from Ali Nasser Abdullah, DBA State Market Liquor, located at 707 Willow St., Oakland, CA 94607.
