TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of seven ounces of cannabis flower, branded and unbranded (198 grams) unlicensed cannabis business; 16 ounces of cannabis leaves, unbranded (459 grams) unlicensed cannabis business; nine units of THC vape, various brands, devices unlicensed cannabis business; 100 cartons Wave brand cigarettes non-MSA and unstamped; and 86 units of nicotine vape, various brands, devices, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974, on December 21, 2023, at 2:10 p.m. from Mohammed A. Altam, DBA Superior Smoke Shop #2, located at 2721 N. Blackstone Ave., Fresno, CA 93703-1705.
