The property consists of 100 cartons Denim brand cigarettes (10 packs each), unstamped/non-MSA; 2 packs Denim brand cigarettes, unstamped/non-MSA; 20 cartons Marble brand cigarettes (10 packs each), unstamped/ non-MSA; 6 cartons State Express Blend No. 555 Gold brand cigarettes, unstamped/non-MSA; and 25 cartons Ashima brand cigarettes (10 packs each), unstamped/non-MSA. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue Taxation Code section 30436, on January 8, 2024, at 10:49 a.m. from Tammy T. Pham, DBA Tammy Clothing, Accessories and Cosmetics, located at 2857 Senter Rd., Ste. I, San Jose, CA 95111-1100.
