The property consists of 22 cartons, 15 packs of Seneca brand cigarettes, unstamped, Missouri stamps; 23 cartons, 80 packs various brands cigarettes, unstamped, US tax exempt; 433 units of various cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 on November 29, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. from Tobacco Crush #2 Inc, DBA Tobacco Crush #2, located at 465 Hidden Valley Pkwy., Ste. 101, Norco, CA 92860.
