The property consists of 43 units of various cannabis or cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, 50 units of various untaxed tobacco products and three packs of Timeless Time brand, non-MSA cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34016, 30436 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 on December 5, 2023, at 11:15 a.m. from Tobacco World and Wireless, Inc DBA Tobacco World and Wireless, Inc, located at 26953 Mission Blvd., #K Hayward, CA 94544.
