The property consists of 169 units of various cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business and 2,147 units of various untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on November 1, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. from Hamam Fayad, DBA Troy General Store, located at 707 W. 2nd St., Ste. D, San Bernardino, CA 92410.
