The property consists of 70 units of commercial packaging bags, and 1 unit of commercial battery, universal symbol violation; 16 units of various tobacco products, 22 units of various nicotine vape devices, untaxed tobacco products; and 213 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on July 10, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. from Mohammed Ahmed Ali Muthanna, DBA Volcano Smoke N Vape, located at 401 Washington St. Ste. B, Petaluma, CA 94952.
