The property consists of 4,602 grams of untaxed and unsecured cannabis flowers; 1,277 units of untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis products and 171 items of various untaxed other tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on April 13, 2022, at 8:15 p.m. from Tank Entertainment Inc., dba: Whittier Hot Box, located at 13263 Imperial Hwy., Whittier CA, 90605-4144.
