The property consists of 470 grams of cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 563 units of cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 60 items of various tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on December 7, 2023, at 6:31 p.m. from Verlton Glaspie, DBA Whittiers Cure Cannabis Dispensary, at 8044 Broadway Ave., Whittier, CA 90606-3116.
