The property consists of 193 packs, various brand cigarettes, unstamped; 679 units, various brand vape devices, untaxed tobacco products; 761 units, various brand other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 187 units, various brand THC vape, unlicensed cannabis business; 111 units, various brand other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 106 packs, various brand cigarettes, other state stamp. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on September 20, 2023, at 11:19 a.m. from Ali Alshugga, DBA Yemen Smoke Shop, located at 3052 E. Belmont Ave, Fresno, CA 93701.
