The property consists of 28 units of various brands cannabis, THC vape; 25 units of various brands cannabis, edibles; and 9 units of various brands, other cannabis products; unsecured packaging of cannabis, from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 25, 2023, at 11:21 a.m. from Shazad A. Bhai, DBA Z's Smoke Shop, located at 1001 E. Prosperity Ave., Tulare, CA 93274-2353.
