The property consists of 230 units of untaxed nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products; 315 units of various brands other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 50 units of various brands of nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products; 85 units of various brands of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 18 units of Wild Hemp brand smokes, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on March 18, 2025, at 3:50 p.m. from A1 Smoke Shop LLC, DBA: A1 Smoke Shop, located at 2056 Eureka Way Ste A, Redding, CA 96001-0429.
