The property consists of: 134 units of various brands of nicotine vape products, 38 units of various brands other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, 175 units of various brands flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers, 11 grams of various brands cannabis flower, 54 units of various brands cannabis vape, 23 units of various brands cannabis edibles and 17 units of various brands other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to the Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 12, 2025, at 3:15 p.m. from Dilbag Gollen, DBA: Ahwahnee Smoke Shop, located at 42566 Highway 49, #B, Ahwahnee, CA 93601.
