The property consists of 3,283 units of nicotine vape, various brands, 1,669 units of other tobacco products, various brands, untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products and 2,385 flavor enhancers, various brands, untaxed tobacco products and flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 on May 22, 2025, at 10:45a.m. from AM Garnet, Inc, DBA: Alvys World, located at 1036 Garnet Ave, San Diego, CA 92109-2833.
